Square Enix is gearing up for the Japanese launch of Final Fantasy V Advance on 12th October - C3

Prince of Persia Swinging to Wii

"I can confirm that a game based on the popular Prince of Persia franchise is one of many titles Ubisoft has in development for Nintendo's Wii," a spokesperson for Ubisoft told IGN today. "At this time we can not provide an official date for the game or any additional information about it." - IGN

No Bond Until 2008

Back in May, Activision announced it had acquired the exclusive rights to develop and publish games based on the James Bond license ... ... the rights will not be exclusive to Activision until September 2007, and the company is planning to release its first 007 title in conjunction with the next film, planned for May 2, 2008. - IGN

FIFA 07

Electronic Arts has revealed details of its new FIFA 07, which will hit stores in September. Featuring licences for all the world’s top leagues, including MLS and the Mexican 1st Division in North America, as well as 26 others from over 20 nations, the game is due not only on the Nintendo DS, but will surprisingly be released on both the GBA and GameCube. - C3
